Phil Brown is Chief Product Officer at KareInn, a leading digital care planning software platform. He is responsible for driving innovation, creating a strategic product vision and overseeing the management and delivery of the company’s feature roadmap. With a background in marketing, UX design and product management, Phil has spent the last 15 years thinking deeply about how digital tools and online technology might transform our personal and professional lives for the better. Before joining KareInn, Phil operated as an independent consultant, working closely with well-known national and international brands across a variety of sectors. Prior to his time as a digital product designer and consultant, Phil co-founded a start-up in the assessment space, acting as its Chief Product Officer for 8 years. Drawn to healthcare for the profound opportunity it holds for meaningful and impactful work alongside its many talented and dedicated people, Phil is focussed on how data can change behaviours and create better care outcomes.
