Phil (they/them) is the undergraduate health and care management apprenticeship programme lead at Arden University. Their background is predominantly dementia and social care. They are currently studying a doctorate looking at gender neutrality in care cultures. Phil is currently an LGBTQ+ advisor for a number of international dementia working groups and research centres. Phil is also a drag activist and often talks in drag to provide an immersive learning experience.
