Caring for both sides: designing an interior to support staff wellbeing and retention

Normally when designing the interior of a care home, the focus is on what is best for the residents living in that care home, and rightly so!  But what about the staff?  Are we providing an environment that empowers them to excel in what they do?  In this discussion, we explore how care homes can strategically utilise their interior environment to attract and retain staff in an ever more competitive recruitment market.
