Relational care: its value and implementation

This presentation will introduce the concept of ‘relational care’; give an overview of Open University research findings that help to define the practice and the environments that favour it; discuss the benefits, opportunities and challenges that it presents; and finally consider how it can be much more widely adopted for to promote the wellbeing of care workers and older people.
