Retention: the care workers' perspective

I hope that in light of the care worker's perspective things can begin to change across the care industry. Workers need more recognition for the hard work they do in this profession. A better work life balance would attract more people that really care about the job and the people they look after. Care is the most rewarding job in the world, our clients rely on us and we need to be the best we can be to provide the most effective care in any setting.
