An easy start to blended home care

It is often the case that families are the initial source of care for the elderly, meeting increasing demands until a crisis happens that triggers them seeking help. This scenario can result in stress for the family and challenges for care providers in resourcing the required care. In this presentation Nav Kannan will show how remote care solutions can enable care providers to better support family carers, by supporting social inclusion, monitoring and wellness/health regime adherence. He will discuss how this early engagement makes it easier to introduce additional care that blends in-person care with remote care as needs grow.
