Call for Care Show ThirtyUnder30 judges!

In 2023, Care Show launched a new initiative, ThirtyUnder30, dedicated to fostering young talent and celebrating tomorrow’s leaders. Our open call received almost 100 nominations from across the care sector. From this, 30 winners were selected to gain recognition from their peers, receive official acknowledgement for their achievements so far, and join a support network of like-minded individuals leading the sector to a brighter future.

This year, we want to make ThirtyUnder30 bigger and better, but we need your help. Do you have what it takes to be a ThirtyUnder30 judge? 

As part of your role as judge, you will be required to score a number of entries and provide quantitative and qualitative feedback on each – we will provide you with a simple scoring sheet to do so. The judging will take place 30 August - 6 September, ready for us to announce the Class of 2024 by 16 September.

You will play a big part in helping to inspire the next generation of care professionals and will be recognised as a judge in our 30UnderThirty marketing campaign. An awards ceremony for the 30 winners will take place on day one of this year’s Care Show Birmingham on 9 October.

Free to enter, all individuals from across the sector are encouraged to participate. From residential care to domiciliary care, nursing to catering, operations to compliance - all professionals aged 29 and under, or have turned 30 in 2024, can enter. Individuals can nominate themselves, or be nominated by a colleague, peer, or friend.
