WASHCO’S 2024 LOVE LAUNDRY AWARDS FINALISTS REVEALED

13th September – Newbury, Berkshire WASHCO, the commercial laundry equipment specialist, is proud to reveal the finalists of the 2024 Love Laundry Awards.
Since 2021, the Love Laundry Awards have been celebrating the care home laundry heroes whose dedication and hard work contribute to the well-being and safety of residents.
Once again, this year’s nominations have demonstrated the sheer commitment of laundry staff around the country to deliver best-in-class standards, no matter the challenges they face.
The number of entries and heart-warming stories have made it difficult to shortlist the nominees in the three categories: Laundry Hero Award, Laundry Team Award and Care Home Group Award.
WASHCO’s Marketing Director, Emily Stoten, said: “Every year, it gets more difficult to shortlist the nominees. Reading about the dedication and determination of our laundry heroes is humbling. No matter whether they are shortlisted or not, they are all heroes worthy of our recognition.”

The 2024 winners will be announced on Wednesday 9th of October at the Care Show in Birmingham, during WASHCO’s talk at the People, Workforce & Well-being Theatre from 1:20pm to 1:50pm.
The winners will all receive prize vouchers ranging from £250 to £500 to spend on electrical goods.
