Care Planning

Care staff will be prompted to complete any must do actions for residents, such as logging a repositioning event, entering a fluid entry or assisting someone with their nutrition. Each resident can have their own personalised schedule of must do actions.

At any time care staff can also log a non-prompted entry such as an accident or incident, or a visit from a professional or family member or any other person centred note they like.
