3 Steps to a Successful Installation
- SURVEY - A site survey is carried out by a Spearhead Representative, allowing us to analyse your care requirements and advise on correct equipment and location within the room. This includes potential changes to services, decor, room layouts, and any potential constraints, to ensure a smooth journey from concept to completion.
- QUOTATION & DESIGN - Once we have a clear understanding of your requirements, we provide a quotation for the appropriate equipment along with CAD technical drawings and visuals, allowing you to envisage how the finished product will look and operate within the space.
- INSTALLATION & COMMISSIONING - Installation is carried out by our experienced installation and field engineer team. Once installed, we test and commission the equipment, providing training to staff on completion of the project.
