3Spirit achieves Grade 2 Ofsted

This outcome is testament to the dedication, drive and dynamism of the 3Spirit team alongside our steadfast focus on delivering the highest standards of teaching quality and safeguarding within the Care sector.

Whilst 3Spirit has built a reputable brand in the Care sector for our training programmes over the past 10+ years, and as a Skills for Care Centre of Excellence, it is only since the pandemic that we have applied our industry expertise to apprenticeships in Care due to the need from our clients – this journey has taken a huge amount of work from the team to build our Level 2, 3, 4 and 5 Adult Care programmes to ensure they meet the ever evolving requirements and challenges within the Care sector, alongside our own high standards. Ofsted’s recent inspection has given validation to our efforts and provides the team with a strong platform from which to continue our development and support to the sector.

As part of work within the wider Care sector, 3Spirit can now also announce that we will soon be launching our Early Years’ apprenticeship programmes! This has been a long-planned growth area for the brand due to the extensive educational and operational Early Years experience within the team. We are incredibly excited to mirror the support we provide to Adult Care organisations to the wonderful nurseries in need of apprenticeship training to develop their teams and attract new practitioners.
