Business Growth West Midlands (BGWM), in collaboration with delivery partners, manages the Business Energy Advice Service (BEAS), a pilot program aimed at assisting SMEs in the West Midlands to reduce their energy costs and consumption. Through BEAS, businesses can access free energy assessments to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve energy efficiency. Additionally, the scheme offers match-funding grants ranging from £1,000 to £100,000, supporting businesses in making energy-saving investments. This initiative not only helps businesses save money but also promotes sustainability by encouraging greener practices across the region’s small and medium enterprises.
