We are the Trade Union for all Care Workers whether that be in care homes or our in the community doing all roles within that. We support workers in campaigning for better terms and conditions including the most important one, pay. We know that allegation, accusations and Health and safety issue occur and we ensure that each GMB member is treated with dignity, respect and in-line with policy and procedures.
