There are so many fantastic young people in our sector, and the Thirty under 30 is great opportunity to share their success, bring people together and celebrate the future leaders of our sector”

Emran Parkar, Operations Manager, Concept Care Solutions said “Judging at this year's show is a celebration of the passion young adults have for the care sector. Working in home care, I encounter a diverse array of individuals daily, but it is rare that the contributions of young rising stars receive the recognition they deserve. The "Thirty Under 30" initiative addresses this gap by highlighting and honouring these outstanding young professionals. I am proud to serve on the judging panel for this event, acknowledging and supporting the next generation of care leaders.”
