This advice includes appraisals, marketing and exit strategies, and group restructuring throughout the UK. Alison also advises on acquisitions, site feasibility and development. Her experience in healthcare transactions covers elderly residential, dementia and nursing care, specialist care, childrens' specialist care and education, and supported living.
