Amanda Keeler is dedicated to ensuring compliance with CQC requirements, bringing her extensive experience to support Walfinch homecare franchisees in their daily operations and during CQC inspections. She oversees onboarding and CQC registration, manages compliance with Policies & Procedures, and assists with safeguarding, complaints, and concerns. Additionally, Amanda serves as the nominated individual for Walfinch Home Care Oxfordshire. She holds a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Adult Care and is currently pursuing a Level 6 Chartered Manager Degree Apprenticeship at Arden University.
