She oversees onboarding and CQC registration, manages compliance with Policies & Procedures, and assists with safeguarding, complaints, and concerns. Additionally, Amanda serves as the nominated individual for Walfinch Home Care Oxfordshire. She holds a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Adult Care and is currently pursuing a Level 6 Chartered Manager Degree Apprenticeship at Arden University.
