Amanda Scott BSc Hons qualified as a nurse in 1986 and worked in acute NHS services including high dependency and intensive care, before joining social care in 1996. She understands the detail of care home quality, operations and commercial demands, having worked as a Deputy Home Manager, Home Manager and Quality and Governance Manager, before taking director responsibilities within quality and operations, leading to Managing Director and CEO responsibilities.
