With previous experience in the hospitality industry, and specifically, high-end luxury hotels, Andrew moved into the adult social care sector in 2010. Progressing from his role Regional Business Manager at Caring Homes Group, he soon became the Managing Director for Baycroft Care Home, and latterly the Chief Executive Officer for Berkley Care Group, and now the Chief Executive Officer for Connaught Care Collection. Andrew has a very clear commercial mindset through the application of the knowledge and understanding he had secured from his time in the luxury hotel industry as well, as the theoretical and practical business understanding he gained from his MBA. He has been responsible for the care, clinical, operational, site acquisition, property development and financial performance of the homes, and now with Connaught Care Collection is leading a period of tremendous growth for the company. He actively champions the care sector by prioritising people, and ensuring that the luxury care homes Connaught Care Collection is renowned for, are built with the needs of residents and staff at the forefront of every decision.
