Debbie has over 25 years’ experience in adult social care. After gaining her qualification in 2002, she started her career as a social worker progressing into management. After a number of successful years in front line social work, Debbie realised her passion for change and took the decision to move into regulatory work where she knew she could make a real difference joining the CQC as an Inspector of adult care services, where she currently works in the Integrated Assessment and Inspection Team across Staffordshire and Stoke- On- Trent.
