Diane is a personal and corporate consultant, speaker, educator, and author specialising in menopause and mental health and wellbeing. She is also the founder of the purpose over profit organisation Menopause Support and the national #MakeMenopauseMatter campaign. Her book Making Menopause Matter, written as a guide for everyone, to help them navigate the menopause landscape, was published by Sheldon Press in May 2024. Diane is also the founder of menopausesupport.co.uk. Menopause Support is a not-for-profit organisation offering 1-1 support for individuals, a community for over 30,000 women, and menopause awareness training for organisations to help them understand how menopause can impact on both corporate and personal wellbeing.
