Dylan supports adults with autism and learning disabilities in a supported living environment, assisting them with daily activities to help them live fulfilled lives. He has worked in care since the age of 18 and studied health and social care. He always wanted this job after being diagnosed with autism at a young age and wanting to help others like himself.
