Heather Ciesar has worked in care for many years, from learning disabilities and mental health to challenging behaviours and more recently dementia care. She started out in dementia care within the NHS, but the hours didn't suit her home life as she is a busy single mother of four. She found a company that enables a perfect balance and enabled her to continue her passion in dementia care but also manage her home life perfectly. She will remain in dementia care as it is very close to her heart and an extremely rewarding area of care to work in
