I am someone with lived experience of Autism, ADHD and several mental health diagnoses. I have experienced adult social care since I was 18 first through PA hours and respite and then through an adult placement which I've been in for five years and am still living in. I also have three siblings who have social care needs themselves. So have experience as a young carer too. I am co chair of the APPG for Adult Social Care.
