Jane has 26 years experience across social care. Her expertise ranges from learning & development, digital transformation and leadership development. Jane ran her own limited company for 10 years, delivering training contracts and she facilitates a large network of leaders in social care called the Outstanding Manager Network. She held a national role with Skills for Care, leading workforce programmes. She is now Assistant Director of Programmes in the Digitising Social Care team of the NHS Transformation Directorate delivering on social care reform policy.
