Jenni is Communications and Partnerships Lead at The Outstanding Society and was previously Marketing Manager for the Care Workers Charity. Her journey in Social Care began much later in life at Holmes Care Group where she began as an activities coordinator and carer, before progressing to Marketing Executive for the group due to her natural passion and talent in showcasing best practice.
