Keiron has been with the West Midlands Care Association (WMCA) for over five years now and he was appointed Chief Executive Officer in 2020. The West Midlands Care Association is one of the largest local care associations in England with over 500 members and was one of the founding members of the Care Association Alliance. Keiron is passionate about the Adult Social Care sector and WMCA supports and champions it’s members, many who are small businesses. As WMCA is a small business itself he recognises many of the challenges that they are faced with in an increasingly bureaucratic business environment.
