Liz is a registered nurse with over 25 years of varying experience in primary care. Most recently she has been owner and director of a domiciliary care company in Hampshire. Liz is passionate about promoting the professionalism of the care industry and launched the company with a view to changing the perception of social care personnel. Liz was recently very excited to join the board of NACAS as operations director in order to facilitate that change in perception. She is keen to provide the public with a true understanding of the role of care workers and keen to get the recognition that carers need to foster effective collaboration with other health care practitioners to ensure positive client outcomes.
