I'm Marlene Kelly, a compassionate social care professional dedicated to making a positive impact in the lives of the people we support in Social Care. With a background in day services and residential homes, I bring 20 years of hands-on experience in the field. Currently I am working as a Director for a care home company as well as working for the University of Sheffield. I am passionate about bridging the gap between academic research and social care settings.
