Martin has been active in the healthcare real estate industry for nearly 30 years. Starting out as a property valuer, he moved into increasingly senior roles, culminating in setting up the Healthcare team at Cushman & Wakefield. Seeking a new challenge, he moved over to the investment arena in 2020, joining Impact as the Managing Director of the Investment Manager business in mid 2021. Martin has long since lost count of the number of care homes in the UK he has visited but it spans the full spectrum of older conversions through to the latest purpose built assets.
