I have worked in social care since 2012, starting with the NHS Community Team in Salisbury and then moved to a large care provider in Wiltshire. I now manage a successful Live-in care company but my passion for care comes from working overseas with the British Armed Forces in Germany which gave me a belief that people from different cultures are able to work and live together, supporting each other and their families.
