Currently Deputy CEO at Making Space, a national charity, Phil has combined his HR expertise with senior leadership to drive organisational growth and sustainability. As a HR professional, he has developed deep expertise in people leadership, organisational development, and workforce transformation — successfully leading culture change, enhancing workforce engagement, and securing IiP Gold Accreditation across multiple organisations. A Fellow of CIPD, Leadership Fellow at St George’s Windsor, Executive Coach, and Chair of the National Care Forum’s HR Community of Practice, Phil is dedicated to leadership development and advancing excellence in social care.
