Rory founded Cavalry in 2018 with a mission to change care for the better! Cavalry Group is one of the fastest-growing companies in the sector and has 5 divisions: complex homecare, staffing solutions, permanent recruitment, supported living and children’s homes. After volunteering in a hospice whilst still at primary school, Rory took his first paid job there at 15yrs old. He worked as a HCA and progressed to a Senior Nurse, before moving into care management, education and service improvement.
