Drawing on 20 years’ experience supporting the Care Sector, Russell specialises in helping care homes with their interior refurbishment projects, supporting them at design stage right through to delivering the vision, creating spaces that are homely, welcoming, supportive and caring. Traditionally care homes were furnished to meet nursing/care needs but the result was a cold and clinical environment, but more recently the shift has focused to a luxury, hotel-style interior, but this has resulted in spaces not suitable for delivering good care. Russell understands this and is committed to achieving the right balance in every project that he works on!
