Sarina Kiayani is Policy and External Affairs Manager at ARCO, the the main body representing the Integrated Retirement Community sector in the UK. She works across policy, media and social media, and has a background in public affairs, and a key aspect of her role is raising awareness of the IRC model through external communications. She is also involved in communications for Women in Retirement Living (WiRL).
